1. Overview
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all services and products offered by CP Digitals via cpdigitals.eu. We distinguish between two types of purchases:
- Digital Agency Services — web design, development, branding, SEO, etc.
- Shop Products — digital products, templates, or physical items sold via our WooCommerce shop
2. Digital Agency Services
Deposit Policy
All service projects require a 50% deposit before work commences. This deposit is used to allocate team resources, time, and tools specifically for your project.
- Before work starts: If you cancel before we begin work, we will refund the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee
- After work starts: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Milestone payments: For projects with milestone billing, completed milestones are non-refundable
Revision Policy
Our proposals include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. We work collaboratively to ensure you are satisfied with the final deliverable.
Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.
3. Shop Products
Digital Products (Templates, Downloads)
- Digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed
- This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), which excludes digital content from the right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced with your explicit consent
- Before purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you understand and waive your right of withdrawal for digital content
Physical Products
- Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty or not as described
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
4. EU Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under the following conditions:
- Physical goods: 14-day withdrawal right from date of receipt
- Digital content: Withdrawal right expires upon commencement of download/access, with your prior explicit consent
- Service contracts: Withdrawal right expires once the service has been fully performed with your consent
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at hello@cpdigitals.eu within the 14-day period with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
5. Faulty or Not as Described
If a product or deliverable is faulty, defective, or materially different from what was described or agreed, you are entitled to:
- A free repair or replacement, or
- A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue
Please report faulty items within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at hello@cpdigitals.eu with a description and, if applicable, screenshots or photos.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@cpdigitals.eu with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
Include: your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request
We will respond within 3 business days to acknowledge your request and advise next steps
Resolution: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method
7. Processing Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider
- We do not charge any fees for processing refunds
- Refunds are issued in EUR (€) — currency conversion differences are not our responsibility
