At CPLifestyle, we want you to be satisfied with our services. However, due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our products (including workout plans, nutritional guides, and subscription-based content), we operate a strict no-refund policy, except as required by law or in specific circumstances outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General No-Refund Rule

Because our services are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase or subscription activation, we generally do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. This includes:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees.
  • One-time purchases of digital products (e.g., e-books, workout programs).
  • Fees for live classes or personal training sessions, once accessed.

2. Subscription Cancellations (No Refund for Partial Periods)

If you have a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Platform.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days or months of your current subscription period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Exceptions (Where a Refund May Be Issued)

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
  • Technical Fault: If a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing the service you paid for over an extended period, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • Legal Requirements: If the laws in your country (such as those providing a “cooling-off period” for distance purchases) mandate a refund, we will comply with those laws.

To request a review under these exceptions, you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction date.

4. Free Trials

If you signed up for a free trial:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund for the first billing charge if you simply forgot to cancel. We recommend setting a reminder or canceling immediately after signing up for the trial if you do not wish to continue.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your CPLifestyle account.
  2. Go to Account Settings or Billing section.
  3. Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the billing settings to avoid future charges.

6. How to Request a Refund (for Exception Cases)

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed in Section 3, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email address associated with the account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request (including any evidence of technical error, if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a “chargeback”) instead of contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account to prevent further disputes. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
